Position: Site Architect / Civil Engineer (Mid-Level)

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Site Architect or Civil Engineer to join our construction project team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hotel or resort construction, with strong involvement in interior works supervision and architectural detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities related to architectural and interior works.

• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure work quality and timely progress.

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and interior design drawings.

• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Resolve technical issues at site and provide practical solutions.

• Prepare site reports, maintain records, and support project documentation.

• Coordinate closely with the design team and project management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• Must have completed at least one hotel or resort project.

• Strong experience in interior finishing, joinery, and architectural works supervision.

• Excellent knowledge of architectural drawings, interior detailing, and design coordination.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience (mid-level).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
